The Hydro Jetting One-Year Clog-Free Warranty
The short answer
The one-year clog-free warranty applies to qualifying tree-root intrusion after successful root removal, and only when the cleaned line is a warrantable line. It doesn't cover foreign material, structural defects or unrelated causes. The camera inspection during jetting is what shows whether a line qualifies.
What it covers
The one-year clog-free warranty applies specifically to qualifying tree-root intrusion after successful root removal. It does not cover foreign material, structural defects, or unrelated causes.
Eligibility is decided from what the camera shows during and after the cleaning. It's a question of whether the line qualifies at the start, not a warranty that gets taken away later.
Lines that don't qualify
Cleaning can't fix those conditions. When the camera finds one, we explain what it is and the repair options.
- Breaks in the pipe.
- Bellies, where a section of pipe has sagged and holds water and debris.
- Significant offsets, where pipe sections no longer line up.
- Yard traps.
- Other structural conditions that make the line prone to recurring stoppage.
What isn't covered
- A recurrence caused by foreign material: wipes (including those marketed as flushable), feminine-hygiene products, paper towels and similar items.
- Structural defects.
- Causes unrelated to the root intrusion that was removed.
What jetting can and can't do
Hydro jetting and descaling are intended to remove debris, buildup, and root masses and restore as much usable inside diameter and flow as reasonably possible. Results depend on the condition of the existing piping, and complete removal or restoration can't be promised.
Common questions
Does every hydro jetting job come with the one-year warranty?
No. It applies only when the cleaned line is warrantable, and specifically to qualifying tree-root intrusion after successful root removal.
What happens if my line has a belly or offset?
The line isn't eligible for the clog-free warranty while that condition remains. We show you what the camera found and explain the repair options.
