Founder of DrainMaster
Hi, I’m Charlie, the founder of DrainMaster. What I enjoy most about leading our team is watching our people grow, developing fresh ideas, and continuously finding better ways to serve our community. For me, helping customers is about much more than just fixing a plumbing issue. A good conversation, a reliable solution, and an honest peace of mind can turn a frustrating day completely around. Outside of work, you can usually find me hosting cookouts, enjoying a game of poker, or treating myself to a great dinner at Vittoria Steakhouse.

Summer Williamson
Office Manager
My Name is Summer. I am a proud mother of two wonderful children—a son and a daughter—and being the best mother I can be is one of my greatest priorities. Outside of work, I love spending time with my children and enjoying anything outdoors—the muddier, the better! Some of my favorite activities include fishing, four-wheeling, and participating in the Muddy Princess obstacle course with my daughter, which supports breast cancer research. I am also a passionate Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Bengals fan. When I’m not outdoors or watching football, I enjoy cooking and discovering new recipes. I have worked in customer service since I was 16 years old and have proudly served as the Office Manager at DrainMaster for the past four years. I genuinely enjoy helping our customers and being one of the people working behind the scenes to ensure their concerns are addressed and their problems are resolved. One of the things I value most about DrainMaster is our incredible team. My coworkers and their loved ones have become like family to me. Their dedication, strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and genuine care for our customers and one another make me proud to work alongside them. I feel truly blessed to have such an amazing team. I feel truly blessed to be part of the DrainMaster family. As a small, locally owned and family-operated business, DrainMaster provides a level of care, support, and personal connection that makes it an incredibly rewarding place to work.

My name is Tina, and I’ve been a proud member of the DrainMaster team since 2001. While you’ll usually find me managing the phones as a dispatcher today, I actually started out as a field technician—yes, I used to handle drain cleaning and minor plumbing repairs myself! Having that hands-on experience allows me to truly understand what our technicians face and helps me get our customers the fast, same-day relief they need. Outside of work, my absolute favorite thing to do is spend time with my grandkids, whether I’m traveling to their cheer competitions or cheering them on from the sidelines at their football games.

Charity is the Customer Service Lead at DrainMaster, bringing over 20 years of dedicated customer support experience to the team. As the friendly voice behind the phone call, she has spent the last two years ensuring that every DrainMaster client feels heard, valued, and taken care of from the very first interaction. Charity prides herself on turning stressful plumbing situations into calm, seamless experiences for her community.

As the owner’s son, I’ve been around DrainMaster my entire life. I’ve spent the last 8 years as a dedicated drain technician, learning the plumbing and drain cleaning trades directly from my dad, Charlie, and the rest of our experienced crew. I love taking on the most challenging jobs and finding creative solutions to tough problems. For me, the ultimate reward is giving our customers total relief and the peace of mind that DrainMaster always has their back. Off the clock, I love spending time with my family, playing video games, and buying, selling, and trading comic books and movie memorabilia. If I’m eating out, you can always find me at whichever local spot serves up the best steak.

My name is Johnathon, though most people—including my grandparents—know me as “Boog.” I’ve been with DrainMaster for 8 years as a drain technician, learning the ins and outs of plumbing and drain cleaning directly from Charlie himself and our experienced team. My favorite part about working here is the fact that we are literally a big family. We truly enjoy working alongside each other every day, which makes delivering great service to our customers even better.

My name is Cody Gibson, and I have been working in the plumbing industry for over 12 years. Before becoming a plumber, I worked as a mechanic, which gave me a strong mechanical background and helped plumbing come naturally to me. My experience has allowed me to develop the skills, knowledge, and problem-solving abilities needed to handle a wide variety of plumbing situations. I have been with DrainMaster for nearly two years, and one of the things I appreciate most about the company is the way they value their employees. They make you feel appreciated, respected, and like an important part of the team. My favorite part of being a plumber is helping people. I take pride in using my knowledge, experience, and hard work to solve problems and make things easier for our customers. When I’m not working, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and spending time with my kids, nieces, and nephews. Family is very important to me, and I enjoy making the most of my time with them.
